At Sandgreen Caravan Park, we understand that sometimes “life happens” and unfortunately, when you least expect it, you can become ill, have an accident or have some other reason preventing you from travelling.
We have set up a Peace of Mind Cover to ensure that, whatever happens, you will be refunded, in full, all pre-paid monies you have paid to us (excluding monies paid for Peace of Mind Cover) for your stay at Sandgreen.
The Peace of Mind Cover offers a no quibble full refund on all monies paid (excluding monies paid for Peace of Mind Cover) on any cancellation up to 3 days prior to arrival
This cover costs £75 per week booked and must be purchased at the time of your original booking.
Please note, if you decide not to purchase Peace of Mind Cancellation Cover for your booking, our standard cancellation policy applies: In the event of a cancellation all deposits are non-refundable (the deposit is 50% of the booking total). Refunds on cancellation, up to 28 days before holiday is due to commence – full balance less deposit. After 28 days before holiday is due to commence - NO REFUND. We strongly advise you take out the appropriate travel insurance.
